The big brother slept through the night (a friend was there to listen for him in case he woke up) and what a surprise he woke up to! He got in a few cuddles with mom while checking out the new little arrival. This was a surprise gender baby, and the big brother was quite adamant that he knew who was coming. When it was discovered his baby sister was actually a baby brother you could tell it took a few minutes to process - but I have no doubt they will become the best of friends.
