Mary Michaud will be sharing suggestions for getting better birth shots, we’ll have sample galleries and slideshows, and some basic photo tips. I suggest you review your camera manual and this post before then and come ready to be inspired!
Children are welcome as we’re meeting at a shady park, feel free to bring a picnic lunch as we may go long and you can visit after with other doulas, and please contact me for directions.
Oh, and this is free!!! Unless you want to pay in chocolate, we’re always open to that. 
We’re happy to share the tricks and things we’ve learned along the way. I know how much my birth photos mean to me and if you want to offer photos as part of your doula service then we want to help you make them as wonderful as possible!

I am continually reminded how much I still have to learn! But I’m grateful I’ve been fortunate to learn from some wonderful photographers – birth and other types – in this area. They’ve been generous with sharing their expertise so I’m happy to share the little bits I’m gathering.
