New Essential Oils

Lucky me, my sister just sent me a box with three new oils – lavender (for relaxing, soothing, calming) and wild orange (because it’s yummy!) and peppermint (energizing, good for nausea.) Orange and peppermint have been my doula staples this last year but I’m excited to add lavender into my bag of tricks.

DoTerra oils were the ones used in the essential oils class I attended last year, but this is my first time using that brand. I hear rave reviews about them!

Hi again, we use doterra oils and they are wonderful. I’m nursing my 17 month old still but PLEASE look up the “risks” (if that’s what you want to call it) with using peppermint oil and milk supply. With Doterra being therapeutic grade they are best of the best straight oil. On another note, I have been using it after the little man was over 12 months, but not often and haven’t ever had an issue with supply. Thank you again for all your encouraging posts!!

    Many blessings
    Amanda
